REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Dip Remedial Massage TherapyEmma is a Remedial Massage Therapist with a deep appreciation for the body’s incredible ability to heal, adapt, and thrive. Her journey into bodywork began through her own passion for health and fitness, where she became inspired by the body’s resilience and potential.
Specialising in treating and managing chronic pain symptoms, supporting sports performance & recovery, and facilitating Nervous System relaxation for optimal health and wellbeing; Emma takes a holistic approach to her treatments, viewing the body as a whole functional unit rather than isolated parts. Outside of the treatment room Emma's interests lie in strength training and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, appreciating the body's biomechanics and valuing the importance of recovery and nourishment for performance and longevity.
Incorporating a range of tools and techniques (dry needling, cupping, lymphatic etc) to tailor individualised treatments, Emma's goal is to help her clients to move better and feel better so that you can stay active, do more of what you love and feel empowered in your own body and all that it is capable of.

OSTEOPATH B.ClinSc (Osteopathy) M. Ost Med
Naomi is a multi-skilled Osteopath with a background in Exercise Science and a Master of Osteopathic Medicine. She uses a wide range of hands-on techniques & has undertaken further study in dry needling & cupping to enhance her osteopathic treatments.
Naomi has a special interest in scar treatment, headaches, and holistic patient care, and is passionate about helping people feel connected, supported, and empowered in their recovery.
Naomi specialises in scar treatment and is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies after surgery, birth, or injury. Working particularly with C-section scar release, she understands that scars can affect far more than the skin's surface. Restrictions within the scar tissue can influence the surrounding fascia, muscles, pelvic floor, and abdominal structures, contributing to tension, discomfort, and altered movement patterns throughout the body.
Using gentle, hands-on techniques, Naomi works to improve tissue mobility, reduce feelings of tightness and restriction, and support better movement, posture, breathing, and core function. Her approach is tailored to each individual, recognising that every scar and healing journey is unique.
