    Passionate about people and wellness, Lara arms her patients with an understanding of their bodies, actively listening to each and every person before delivering a structurally-orientated experience.

    Lara has treated countless tight and tired bodies since earning her Master of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Southern Cross University in 2014.

    Driven by an authentic ethos of honesty, empathy and Osteopathic best practice, Lara uses her advanced knowledge of the musculoskeletal system to treat a range of complaints, from lower back and neck pain to headaches, jaw issues, sciatic pain, tendonitis, elbow, hip, knee and foot issues. Following an initial consultation, treatment plans may include massage, gentle manipulation, stretching and dry-needling, releasing restricted joints and muscles to help you once again move with ease.

    As a results-driven practitioner, Page delivers individualised and patient-centred treatments, believing that diagnosing and addressing the root cause of pain is of the greatest importance.

    Page grew up with a love for the ocean and sports which came hand-in-hand with multiple injuries. She quickly became fascinated with healing the body as she experienced the benefits of osteopathic treatment and rehabilitation.

    Wellness and holism have always been an integral part of Page’s personal and clinical values which she applies in her treatments. Page treats a diverse and wide range of presentations including but not limited to headaches, neck pain, back pain, and injuries right through to digestive issues, pelvic pain, abdominal pain and pregnancy related pain.

    In her treatments Page aims to improve range of motion and reduce restrictions, assisting the individual to reach their optimal function. Techniques she may use include soft tissue massage, joint manipulation, mobilisation, dry needling, cupping, stretching and strengthening programs, postural corrections, visceral manipulation and more!

    Stephanie is a passionate sportswoman with a keen interest in health and well-being. Her personal experience of rehabilitating from a snowboarding accident while working in Canada drew her towards Osteopathy. In her profession, she enjoys building a relationship of trust with her patients by providing informed advice, exercise prescriptions, and self-management strategies to achieve their goals. Stephanie has expertise in various areas, including neck and jaw pain, whiplash, headaches, sports injuries, postural strains, and women's health. She is interested in treating pregnancy and post partum mummas and is currently completing her Clinical Pilates training. In her spare time, she enjoys surfing, playing AFL, Pilates, camping, and snowboarding.

    Jenna’s journey into the world of wellness began in 2011 when she completed her diploma in remedial massage therapy. Since then, she has pursued further education in dry needling, cupping, pregnancy massage and more in order to provide the best care possible for her clients. She is passionate about building trust and making each treatment personalised and comfortable. Jenna’s technique combines remedial massage with long relaxing massage strokes to make each experience beneficial for the body and mind.

    With a special interest in pre and postnatal massage Jenna has developed an understanding of the unique needs of expectant mothers. Her warm and nurturing nature creates a safe haven for her clients ensuring they feel supported and cared for during their sessions.

Jodie's massages promise rejuvenation, peak performance, deep relaxation, and comprehensive pain management – a path to complete healing.

    Over 17 years of experience have seen Jodie working with the elite: professional football teams, legendary surfers, and the prestigious Queensland Ballet, both in Australia and across the globe. Most recently, after running her own successful massage business in Indonesia, Jodie returned home and completed a further Massage Diploma in 2021, constantly refining her practice.

    Jodie's personalized treatments are meticulously tailored for optimal results, and incorporate techniques like dry needling and cupping to unlock your body's full potential.
